Job security and promotions are good but initial compensation is less.

Work life balance is worst. New WFH policy basically says no WFH. there is no hybrid work policy unless you're in software team. Don't have any extra benefit. Worst HR policies.

... pick up your call or call back later Always have to check with their managers Only recruits junior roles and always hire freshers with a bond of 2 years minimum stay or to pay 3 lakhs to break the bond and leave in between The interview process takes months to complete and will not be confirmed immediately The Training period will not complete as scheduled and the HR team has no updates on it The HR team fails to inform you about anything on time - It may be a benefit, a policy, or standard circulation messages. Every piece of information will reach you once you no longer need it.

Good work environment and culture. There is a cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a bond of 2 years. If you wanted to leave before completion of bond period, you must pay 60% of your salary.

Good for Freshers, If we have a interest to learn, better place to learn quickly. Salary on right time.

Dislikes

There's a bond of 2.5yrs before which you can't resign. Delay in giving hikes. You will be eligible to hike only if you complete minimum 10 months at the time of March, if incase anyone joined in june they has to wait 21 months to eligible for hike process. Initial salaries were too low but hikes were decent. Company policies will change based on the situation. Management is not transparent. It's a place where we won't get experience to learn the top cae tools HyperMesh/Ansa/Ansys. DEP owned MeshWorks will available, its not bad tool but less market in outside. It's place a major role while shifting to other companies.

Exposure to many technologies like SQL, Python, Power BI, MSBI, DB2, Javascript. Data Analytics team members is very helpful and lot of learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Poor Management HR policies are very bad Compensation is very low.
