I want say something about company this company is so good for experience employees. I like a thing it is working process is so good every employee can learn more thing of installation and instrumentation.

This company dislike is as follows Salary is not paid at a time. Some local employees is not good behaviour.

Detection has completed 30 years in market . Regularly gets projects in F&G due to monopoly and low competition. The company can reach new heights if managed properly

Dislikes

There is no salary growth since last 2 years, No incentives, No medical policy, Nothing except salary, Leave policy is pathetic , You have to earn 30 PL first before using them. you earn 2 pl every month so you cant use your Pl till at atleast 2 years are completed

They not care of employees. Don't give payment to resign employees. Don't give any leave. Very band manegement. For Women employee very unsafe for job. Job harassment is high.

Minimum is 1 Else I would have given 0 to them. Totally miss managed company. Mgmt. treat employee as slave. Treating ever employee as superman and expecting everyone to do everything. You will forget your job profile. Dont expect Increament. It happens only if you put paper & they really need you.
