The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role
It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. I spent days debating whether to bring it up. I didn’t want to come off as insecure or difficult. But I also couldn’t un-know what I knew. Eventually, I had an honest, data-backed conversation with my manager. Turns out, I was right and they revised my pay. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me this: silence doesn’t protect you. Companies run on numbers. If you don’t negotiate, you leave money on the table. Have you ever been in a similar spot? How did you navigate it?

Dislikes

There is no work ethics at all. They just love to waste people's time. They not even pay salary. There system is typically "hiring and firing". Absolutely not recommendable at all. I joined and In my 7 yrs professional career it was my worst experience. I haven't received my salary yet. After tried to contacting them several times through mail , whatsapp, calls they never reply me back. I really not want anybody else would face the same problem like me. So please think 200 times before join this type of institute.
