Working environment in this hospital is very supportive. Job security good, other senior staff are cooperative, covid 19 times protocol very strictly maintained., I'm happy to be part of this hospital. Consultant Dr very very cooperative for staff.

Dislikes

Salary is not that much good, and overtime duty per day all staff this is not good. Junior Dr behavior not good for staff nurse., Dr talking staff nurse just like nothing in hospital . This hospital Dr duty is good. But staff nurse duty not good for this type of Dr duty time.

Unnecessary prolonging admitted patients stay ( scheme ptns like cghs or ecgs) . Doctors are forced to keep such patients admitted for minimum 10 days. If advise of discharge is written earlier doctor gets abused has to listen from administration. Very understaffed

Good hospital freshers also could learn things here. Colleague are friendly and helpful.

Salary hike is low. Promotion or incriment is not on time. How much you work hard you don't get any promotion. Same situation with the incriment system.

...rk culture. Do not compensate you well, Full and Final settlement are the worst. Most of the employees leave the organization without notice, as they says that the organization doesn't pay the last month's salary.... so they leave the organization once their salary is credited to their bank.

... work place. Inter department co operation are good. I am learnt so many things. This company policies are very good for all staff and appraisals are very good and they give salary time to time. There is good work environment and the team members are supportive. Management trying to give all their efforts during pandemic time to provide all things available. Over all nice culture.
