Very bad company.

Very bad company. Owner is looking only on how to cut salary of employees. Bad environment. People drinking liquor, eating gutkha, making dirty desk, windows etc. Very unhealthy environment. Noone is bother to change water bottle in month or two. Office is like a jail. No break times. I will not suggest to apply for this company. Within 1-2 mnths you will resign, i guarantee. No facilities as all. Even you hospitalize, they can terminate you saying your absentism is hampering business. Also will not give you salary. So be carefull.

What I "dislike" about working at Desmo Travel is how the atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming that it almost feels like a second home. The sense of camaraderie and support among the team is amazing, but it can be so enjoyable that I sometimes forget I'm at work! This positive and warm environment makes it a pleasure to come to work every day and contributes to a truly fulfilling work experience.
