Nothing .The worst office to work in ! No job security , 3rd class office policies ,too many deductions from salary , politics , the boss listens to only his fav assosiates ,n she takes all the decicion.

The owner Mr. Dhore, drives mercedes but don't make payment to their employees and vendors. Beware of his sweet talks. Dnt work without advance payments. Otherwise, after sometime he will stop taking your calls and stop replying to your mails and msgs.

My senior architect was the only person to encourage & explain, how to reach towards achievable goals & make efforts in right direction.

Dislikes

The boss doesn't respect females in terms of explanation or discussion of work.
