It’s a small company with offer good pay and good learning experience. The best part is the training that starts on onboarded. It is quite well defined and detailed. Managers are very supportive and understanding.

Dislikes

Company of 35-40 ppl working for a niche domain so your growth will be restricted. Also, the company only had one office in Ahemdabad if you are someone from tier 1 city you may not like the office environment as most of the people locals. They do not have wfh option: Someone who prefer personal hygiene might suffer as the company only has one common washroom for men and women which stings like a public washroom. They have very few female work force.

Good work Company atmosphere, management,work culture is good. Teammates T.L are supportive and the management is transparent

...and personal issues and career growth is slow. And job training is not given me. And they doesn't give good salary hike
