Lots of learning and utilisation of manpower. High salary for short term contractual employees during election campaigns. Good place for freshers and interns. Company directors involve actively.

...t to employees. No fix working hours. Unnecessary pressure. No overtime payment. Delayed salary. No timely increment. Poor management in each section. No job security. Relocation in intervals. Buttering matters here.

...the seniors and the motivation by the company and the team will make you boost.. The company's working hours is Monday-Saturday and if you are working on Sunday also, they will pay you for that.. So basically you will learn and will get to experience new things everyday..
