Well there nothing that i do not like about working in D2O. But just, i was expecting salary growth but its taking too long.

Hate almost EVERYTHING here. DON'T FALL INTO FAKE PROPAGANDA. They will say that we have great employer employee relationship, they work like family but in reality its totally opposite. No job security. In short term I have seen many employees left or got fired. Reason Extreme level of work load. No fix time to work. Most of the time you will be working 12hrs day. Internal politics won't let stand new employees. No matter how talented you are, your work will always be questioned and you will be proved wrong. No respect if you work like any accountant here. You will be asked to travel and do market works. You cannot trust your own team, they will back bite you just to get nice impression from management. You will be insulted badly before your team and later your team will laugh on you

Young and vibrant feel about the whole office culture. Opportunity to grow your career from day one. A lot of exposure is given to newcomers on public and professional platforms.

Dislikes

Lack of technical/skill development opportunities. The team, though very bright and hard-working, is quite young and inexperienced and lack of seasoned technical professionals and managers is felt from time to time.
