The working time allocated to staff depends on the schedule of the several staffs where which we can program our duty provided you can respond to the required number of hours per week. Here we are given the free hand to administer the supervision since we are qualified to do our task according to the requirements of the Project Management Contract.

Dislikes

No room for advancement and the management neglect the staffs facilities to make more rooms to alleviate a better working condition especially in the site office. Slow action by the management with regards to the welfare of the site staffs.
