The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

There no professional growth of an individual. At interview they tell you that they will teach and give you various opportunities to learn but even after many months of joining there will be no sign of it. You will waste your time here and gain nothing. And office policies are very bad,they will not inform you during the interview.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
