To no honest, I don’t. There’s a lot of work every time and not even a penny extra. Nor there have been any appraisals. Just one thing, when you tend to make a mistake she does support you

Almost everything. You need to be really bold with your work and language to get anything noticeable but there won’t be any monetary appreciation or raises of any kind.

Weekly learning sessions. Good environment and people to work with who are very helpful. Proper feedback process to raise your queries.

Sometimes you need to put in extra hours, but that's manageable I feel.

DB provides the ideal atmosphere to learn, unlearn and relearn. I could work on projects from various industries allowing me to explore my interest and contribute utmost as per my strengths. I always got the opportunity to voice my opinion be it design decisions, work culture, learning initiatives etc.

I've been working here for the past few months now & the experience with colleagues and the founder of the company, Prashasti has been amazing. I have got the opportunity to work with some renowned clients which has given me the exposure.

The Company allow us to explore our creativity. Ample opportunities to learn and grow. Provisions to learn and develop your skill in any direction. Amazing leaders and managers who are always ready to lend a hand.
