Poor management, low salary, no work life balance, after completing 6 months when the time came to regularise they terminated without giving any notice on petty issue for not responding to TL on WhatsApp while working on.

...stable shift timings and No project assurance. Over time work with no benefits .A blind work culture even on national holidays beyond shift timings and with out any other salary or benifits. One who love to work can able to change his/her mindset after their 8000 per month salary routine without any incremental benefits even beyond 5 to 7 years of work experience. Work culture is poor.

Our salary not received correct way sometime 5k some time 6k some time 7 k we are working by heat but we are facing lots of problems with this activity please 🙏 solve this problem author way everything is good we learn also and we all working properly every staff is supported to all employees.

worst company ill do my best in this company but no proper response and priority low salary and high hard work i have 1 year experience in this company but promotion not given suddenly work from jobs are closed no projects are given all wfh employees are resigned and management is totally worst

Company policies are good ,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resogn .......
