-Not defined roles & responsibilities. -Micromanaged by Owner. -Every decision is taken by owner. Other in top Management is just a show piece. -Need to pay Gross Salary, if leaving without serving full 90 days Notice period.

Likes

Good range of product...the owner is a visionary & humble person and very down to earth. They had very amazing range of components which sells by itself globally.

Dislikes

Poor management & politics, everybody want to impress owner & he is always misguided by the higher management. Those who do everything will get nothing & those who do nothing will get everything. Worst HR .

Their is nothing to like anything about in this company. Even tea or coffee is given to an employees with a count (2 cups per day, per employee - morning & post lunch). Pathetic place to work.

Dislikes

Nothing to be liked in DRI 1) Entry timings - A second late u will be marked half day. 2) Work not as per the profile you have applied for. 3) Management can insult, scold, shout on you irrespective whatever position you are on, in front of entire office. 4) You will not given change to put your points. Do as what is been said by management. 5) Most important it's a Lala company - Father, son's, daughter in law's, friends, relatives, all known to eachother are in senior management. So no point in raising your complaint, you will be humiliated badly. Many more things are there to be dislike, choice is yours to enter in hell or have peace in life.

The company profile is very very Good. If senior staff will support then fresher can learn alot here. But I love to say that company owner or sales team are super talented with their help I learnt alot. HVAC training also the best part of the company. If cultural issue is solved then I give 5/5 🌟.

Dislikes

The political culture is the worst part. I worked hard but never get rewarded. Neither I nor any of one get rewarded due to seniors holding power. Because some of senior (who are also not eligible for the position they have) have hold all where in company. Stick timing is also the worst part. Otherwise a bright career can be built here by learning everything related to Air Engineering. I worked 7 years but never fight with seniors holding power.

The company is open to innovation & technology. I love the fact that I am part of the DRI Team for eight and half year. They have high quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get the chance to travel abroad(i.e. Germany, Singapore, Indonesia, Oman, etc). But on-site travelling is completely dependent on your projects and client locations. DRI has there offices across the globe and wide range of opportunities. Also work environment of the company is very good. So, best of luck for your future company.

Sometimes work pressure is high. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths and have some time partiality within teammates, that suffers too much.
