Yes have some politics issues on the site bcoz my project all management change bcoz of resignation of manager and site engineer etc Soo have some issues on the site but it's a part of job .

They gave good support for us but not provide basic salary ,they provide only food and accommodation only.

Working hours very hard ,as per my offer letter they offer salary 12 hrs duty pay on this basis but we were working more than 12 hours but company didn't pay any additional amount

Descon company is the best learning platform.and it's like all policy and rule and regulation.i like all rules . And I told thanks of descon company .And I got a too much experience to descon company.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow .The work pressure is very high . Sometimes I have to work 13-14 you're straight in day as I have to attend client all rules.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. sometimes, i have work 12-18 hours straight in days as i have the attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
