Yes have some politics issues on the site bcoz my project all management change bcoz of resignation of manager and site engineer etc Soo have some issues on the site but it's a part of job .

Descon is well company for learning good experince salary not increased no appraisal so environment normal hard working leave problams

They gave good support for us but not provide basic salary ,they provide only food and accommodation only.

Working hours very hard ,as per my offer letter they offer salary 12 hrs duty pay on this basis but we were working more than 12 hours but company didn't pay any additional amount

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
