...gree = Doing civil work (gare kelsasa) in building construction for daily vages. They wont pay Bonus for left employees, they will eat the left employees bonus. Dont know in which stage they are eating? They wont give ontime increments, if they give bonus with arrears of one year also that arrear amont is not sufficient to get 1 kg chicken. Dont join this worst company.

Many things, 1.Worst HR policy 2.There is no training for employees 3.2 year once increment 4.There is no transperancy in policy 5.From second year onwards KPA will deducted without information. 6. There is no awareness about the insurance.

I can write an essay on this but I don't want to do that bcoz negativity will follow me across.. One thing I need to say for Management Plz do change HR they are the big negativity for company zero knowledge abt human resources managing ,they don't knw even how to talk with employees they think employees as daily wages ppl and consider themselves as landlords.. Plz do change this character for company growth

Good Working culture learn about the job in Greenfield Phase, also friendly HR policies, i could see here opinion about HR Staff, but they are really friendly and employee oriented with in HR perspective.

nothing like dislikes , since it is a green field project, as per now employees here may not enjoy the very good facilities compare to other respectable companies.

I worked in Desano pharmacetical pvt ltd in QA I have given Exposure to perform overall HVAC Qualification and Documentation and Training activities I learned so many new things during work peroid and Management very supportive ,salaries giving 1st working calender and alternative Saturday holiday ,very good company to work... I enjoyed a lot .
