Company looks like hospital from outside.. from inside you will realize its hospital only, with lots of mental management peoples.

Dislikes

There is no job security in this company. Without giving any intimation warning they can suddenly pull you in meeting and says their template word "Today is your last working day". Higher Management people are their Psychopaths are cunning they do not have any skill another than buttering their BOSS. They have been literally enjoying their time here as they are paid extremally high and have no short of experience at all and doing nothing productive work here. There is not any smooth exit process here, Please connect any previous or current employee on LinkedIn before joining this company.

The majority of the Indian staff is relative of each other. So, you are never welcomed or appreciated in the company. There will be no rewards or appreciation for you. 70% people are relatives of the senior management, you will never get a chance to present your skillset.

The Senior management is very unprofessional. When the market is down, they will fire you without any reason. If you are relative of any one there then it is fine otherwise I Highly recommend to not join this company. I

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
