Dislikes

Fraud , inhumane, greedy and useless management , stay away from them. They are Interested in grabing employee bonus , which is a big chunk of your package. They have done with majority of the people.

Joined this company as I wanted to challenge myself, learn and grow. But experience was horrible. Management is very bad and has no empathy for the employees.Company is being run as one own private family firm with policies are namesake and not being followed at all. No employee benefits. Not even basic laptop. Have to use own laptop and if some issue comes in laptop then have to take leave and fix the laptop at or own expense.No support from company whatsoever. If one has computer and if there is electricity issue, then management suggests to buy laptop on own expense for backup. CEO and COO running the company contradict each other and also themselves w.r.t decisions and views.They have no knowledge about how to run a company. Never join this company.
