Working environment is not suitable for candidates who want to learn new things in his life as it is Govt. of India, department, there is no such good infrastructure as well as maintenance. All the Govt. Employee take advantage of contractual ones and exploit them. You will not get any appraisal and promotion if you are working as contractual. Even the A level officers behaviour is not good they always try to show their position and exploit other one whenever they feel that persons is reflecting him. Stuck at worng place no career growth there.

the politics inside the organization is the worst part where the older age group is not interested in working and also does not allow others to work. The environment has become so toxic that even though we want to work and do something great for the country, it doesn't allow us in this environment.
