The seniors are very cooperating when it comes to personal matters. Resources, as much as feasible, is always at the team's disposal. There is no pressure of targets or achieving results at no matter what. The team works in perhaps a too easy environment and may be that's why the expectation of getting salary without working also has settled in.

Dislikes

Less growth opportunity due to small operations. Salary growth s dependent upon being able to deliver results but as there is no pressure so there is no one working hard to deliver. This needs to be changed. The Directors need to become stricter with performance and pay who perform while fire those who don't. Some of the team members have become rude even with collogues as they think that no one is going to say anything.
