The learning opportunities are very limited as most of the time we are acting as backend office for other markets. There is always a dependency on the markets for validations and no independence in decision making.

This place us ideal for humiliating employees. They dont have enough bandwith for one individual. A single worker works 12 hours a day on numerous jobs with the intention of producing high quality work. When the manager doesn't have clarity on any work, he will just speak to you. The manager says nothing to the other people who are constantly willing to pry into every thin. The manager never acknowledges your outstanding work, but he is always willing to highlight your silly mistakes. Another level of biousnes. For promotion, team appreciation, and perks they only prefer south Indians.

Lot of internal processes hamper work flow For small mistakes management and other people will ask u to work on root cause One silly mistake can hamper u entire good work If you are remote you dont get to meet anyone No bonding with collegeous. No diwali sweets or gifts

We can learn so many new things in Denstu, because initially they had so many projects with different marketing platforms. We can learn any platforms while working with another projects. Every seniors will guide/ advice you about the digital marketing field.

They didnt provide good salary/hike/promotions based on employees performance. not given proper reason for the yearly hike/promotions.

I had joined Perfect Relations Pvt. Ltd which was acquired by Dentsu Aegis. As a part of Perfect Relations (Mumbai) team, the colleagues, senior management where really supportive and open to methodical change.
