...pportunity to travel & work in newer markets, which again is a great experience. Compensation is really good & if you perform well incentives are excellent. There are also incentives to refer a person to the company & to provide with leads to colleagues.

Dislikes

The hierarchy tiers are very less so the path to growth is a little difficult. The support staff is some times lethargic & does not respond in time. Channel partners are a nightmare to work with & are the only cause of worry working with this organization.

Constant learning, be it product knowledge or work skills. Company invests well on T&D

Dislikes

Since merger with Sirona, the while focus is shifted to capital equipments while the consumable selling team is treated as second class citizens. There's lots of pressure from the management without any support. People are constantly being threatened that they may lose their jobs. Cross functional support is also very poor.
