1. It is known as Implantium India Pvt Ltd, in India. 2. Company is having very strict timing (08:30AM), if you come late by 2 minutes they will not tolerate and will issue warning letter. If you continue some irregularities they will fire you. 3. Korean management is very bad, they don't like Indian culture/work environment. 4. So much politics. 5. No job security, attrition level is very high. 6. Daily/Weekly reports are very pathetic. They will ask daily about your work, that what will you do today? 7. Hiring and Firing process is very good.

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
