The working environment is pretty good, worked with the technical team. Management is quite impressive. learning opportunities are very good, got the chance to work on the latest tech stack.

I am having a great experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dentakart. The work culture is extremely positive with a healthy environment that promotes collaboration. The staff and seniors are very supportive and helpful. There is a strong sense of teamwork and everyone is dedicated to achieving the company's goals together There are good opportunities to learn and develop my skills as an HR professional at Dentakart. The management team is approachable and open to new ideas.

There are no promotions, and the managers' behavior is overly political. They do not support agents who speak honestly and don't engage in sugar-coating. Instead, they focus on those who do sugar-coat, disregarding those who perform well and exhibit good behavior within the team. When someone asks for their rightful due, it seems to threaten their ego, and they go out of their way to create trouble for that individual.
