Managers are very supportive and give guidance.

Dislikes

There should be 5 days working as all reputed companies are 5 days working. Salary as per the work profile & experience is less. There is no cafeteria so we face issue in working hrs to go out for food. DTO process for the customers is very slow. As customer compare from Amazon & gets angry on that.

The working environment is pretty good, worked with the technical team. Management is quite impressive. learning opportunities are very good, got the chance to work on the latest tech stack.

Salary hikes and perks are not that much good (below average).

...ing - timing is not flexible for the Import deptmnt which is available for 24*7 - There is no post policy mapped with salary concept - There are lots of barrier which dependence upon the department
