There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is no given to new joinees.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...es are degrading with time as Indian people are increasing in higher management.(example 40 Rs as shift compensation is a newly set rule) No serious employee stays in the company(mainly due to compensation), so there are only new employees and very old employees(employer mindset) people in here.

Contractual Salary Not sacrificed. Because, New joining Salary and After 4 year work this company Salary same.Its very Unlike Salary system.
