I have worked 3 year. Nothing to like

Dislikes

...rule applicable here. No work life balance. They are not following labour law. Last salary will never be given to employees. No offer letter, No salary slip. They are running many parallel shell companies like S.A consultant, denfab engineer, skill mounted etc. To voilet labour laws & PF rule. No gratuity. No professional ethics. If you late in morning you have to do double Companion. leaves policies very unfair and uncleared.

The worst thing is that too much toxic work culture i have seen in my whole life👎 and they don't leave you at 6:00pm.

Dislikes

Not punctuality, toxic work culture, office politics, seniors don't have any respect you and your works also they have rudely behavior towards you.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
