Very poor management. Management only think about there self. No salary till three months. salary given after three months only 70 % & management buy cars worth 70 lakhs.

...u will gone your home you will not get your working without reporting at site ..if you want to resing on denasa need you then he will not provide experience certificate and salary.

Good Management, Give the opportunity to Trainee engineer or Fresher for growth ..if management see your passion and professionaly sound good they will retain you at any how... Some Employee Who left the job they don't think this company and mangement not good but they are among them who take lots of benefit, incentives, and other profite.. After they think Nothing more to steal from company then they left the company...

Management totaly talanted and they have the capability to handle big project just they has to do one thing One person should handle one project And management communication should developed with each other....other wise in all section company is good

Good Management and Great Team to work with. Providing excellence opportunities to freshers and great platform to grow on selected field and employees are technically sound and well experienced.

Their are so many wonderful things about working at Denasa Buildcon. My favourite is probably the chance I have to gain a lot of knowledge. I also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone. As a fresher I got a great appournity working with Denasa Buildcon.
