There is no support from management no one asking engineers problems are facing and here so much of tolerance are doing. Not providing payments properly to vendors, down team it will leads to operation damage, and not providing materials for operation maintenance but asking work updates this not fair at all. My personal opinion is better to move some other companies. Here property managers not standing on there words one of the worst site I ever done specially at divyashree technopark, Whitefield.

There is no coordination between the employees and management that is the biggest thing. And worst thing is I resigned in january 2023 but still (26.04.23) I didn't get my experience letter from them.
