... tk nhi hai chahe ladka ho ya ladki ho sbko ek hi tarah se dutkara jata hai.....unofficially kaam krwana offer letter time pe nhi dena, salary ke lie employees ko tarsana, time pe kbhi salary nhi milna vo bhi puri nhi dena, overtime ka pressure bnana, apne employees pe bilkul trust na krna, dhamkiyan dena, employees ko apne aap ho drop kr dena, ek dar jaisa mahaul bna dena employees ke lie jisme vo kaam bhi nhi kar sakte hai..... Subah login krte hi call aajana aur call pr batmeeji se baat krna aur shaam ko logout krte hi dubara se call aajana aur fr se batmeeji se baat krna aur kabhi bhi ache kaam ko appreciate nhi krna, hmesha kamiyan nikaalna...... Mai kbhi bhi kisi ko bhi suggest nhi kruga yha pe kaam krne ko ya is consultency ke through job lene ko....
