Dematic as a brand is of great value but the DEI which is Dematic Engineering India is pathetic.

Dislikes

The company is not good for freshers as they are often misled with false promises regarding salary and given minimal learning opportunities. The work culture is restrictive, with poor management and unfair policies. For experienced employees, there are no onsite opportunities abroad, even for those who have the skills and experience. Growth opportunities are nearly nonexistent, and appraisals are low with and unpredictable variable pay component. Work from home is heavily restricted, only allowed for one day and with the condition of booking 6-8 hours billable. The overseas management seems frustrated with the way indian managers handle operations, leading to further dissatisfaction among employees. With such poor leadership from HR and Director, the company's future looks uncertain. Unless major changes are made, retaining talent will be a serious challenge. Not recommended for freshers or exp. professionals looking for career growth.

Dematic is good company but not in India.

Dislikes

Worst management. Lack of trust issues both between mangers to managers and managers to employees. Only during speech they speak golden words but they never implemented those.
