Hi , Delvin having innovative products but middele management problem , product training is good but not job security , growth is also very less , salary appraisal also very poor and they were not provide humanity ground balance.

Company give half salary as well as not giving expanances and when I told for salary slip so Compny don't give salary slip I am very disappointed from Compny and I humble request don't go medical representative in DELVIN.

Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
