...ive departments, segmentation of work profile is not same in HO & branch level. Salary structure need to more streamlined as compared to the workloads.

Head of the department is very good and supporting. Also there work freedom.

1. As compared to other companies and markets' expenses There salary is very less and work loads are very high. 2. Paper work is very high. 3. Casting rework and rejection work are very high.

Zero work life balance, non deserving people gets more important only they don't get job outside n stays here many years.. zero work life balance so no scope of skill development. No job recognition. Only work n work culture.
