Very nice company to work. I have worked for 12 plus years and it was amazing experience in terms of gaining knowledge and improving the IT experiance.

Salary part is little low as compared to the market standards for the IT salary.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. But sadly I want to share that in this hard time of covid 19 lockdown I didn't get any support from my company as I am financially very weak totally broke. It's a very Hard time for me , no financial help has been provided to me...

Work environment and learning and team work of this compny is very good and as well as job reliability of the job also here. We are useing new products and new innovation here . Overall working in Delta Crp. Is very balanced ..

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow .and no on job trainning for freshers and no fixd time of working .and not valued to indivisual unique strength. Which is a pain sometime.

If you are Looking for growth N Development then dont join. You can work here if you are fresher and take one year experince N leave If I had to rate for management then I would give 1 star for poor management and they eat their own employee hard work money by giving stupid reasons.
