I have be working with delta clothing for past 2.5 years. This is the best job experience i have ever had. The company has helped me boost my knowledge and has also enhanced my personality by giving me the freedom to work with lesser limits, international travels and also great exposure with the top brands like westside, lifestyle myntra, Arvind brands etc. The owner (sanjeev shah) is very cooperative , understanding and a good leader. Working in Delta clothing is nothing but an honour and previledge. in fact I know some of my ex colleagues who regret leaving the company and would love to rejoin

Dislikes

There is nothing that i dislike about the company. However i just read a review of an ex employee of Delta clothing who was not only the factory Manager but also a fraud and a molester and was terminated due to such practices. Though the owners of the company are real good humans any kind of ill behaviour (monetarily or ethically) is not tolerated

company owner is a very very fraud person,company Coulter is very bad, harassment,immolation touchpaper,unnecessary pressure.job security 0% full& final no way .this company job is my life a big wrong designee. please friends don't join this factory job.

each and every roles are fake no job security. only boss is always right wali chamchagiri i hate delta clothing & owner MR;SANJEEV RAMESH SHAH

Factory culture is very good. Boss is very good person. But middle management is very 3rd class category. Spacial odrisa team. Very nice work life in office level only Leadis candidate.

Dislikes

Job security is no longer no increments no other benefits. Benefits only in paper.
