There were no proper communication regarding anything. Less manpower and expect from you to do all work. No promotion and appraisal after completion of Probation period and completion of year. Boss treat you with very bad language. Toxic culture. No celebration nothing. Specially when it comes to leave scenario is pathetic. No training sessions for the Marketing people and have very high expectations.

Management don't have manners to talk with employees they use abusive language,they don't respect to employees,lots of politics,they will shout on you if you don't do any mistakes then also they shout on you any reason

Good company to work for if you are ready to sacrifice your peace of mind. One person company. Not allowed to take your decisions. Owner of this company is a good person and very Short temper. Your growth depends how good boot liker you are.

Lack of Orgasational structure. No ethics.ppl take undue advantage of there positions.

New company with different types of formulation, so lot of scopes are available to learn as well as to implement the system

No equality, providing more benefits to candidates coming from North. Management is having lack of knowledge in selecting right candidate so wrong candidates are ruling the company and leading the company to desert. Till now the same issue is continuing that is the great surprise and till management has not awaken.
