Very less opportunity to learn new technologies Late night calls Once cloud migration will complete then there will be only support work. Less promotions. Salary hikes are also not that great.

Managers are king here. You have to think how you can show off than investing your mind into something fruitful Largely projects driven by vendor partner India team hardly has any power for decision

Good work. Good people. Many partner airlines and if you are a traveller you can go to many countries at 1/5th of a price.

Hybrid model. Delta doesn’t fly in India so missing out perks of free travel. 😅

Airline benefits are not worth for DTH. Also work.life balance gets affected in most teams since all the stakeholders are in US. Most of the offshore managers have less decision making power compared to their US counterparts. Recently layoffs are happening in the US and management is pressuring offshore managers to identify weak performers to put in PIP. Direct layoff might not happen since they have started theor operations recently in India. The hike is also turning out to be mediocre recently. While the US employees get the profit sharing on top of their CTC, DTH employees can get only max 100% of the bonus which is already a part of the CTC. Many companies give over 100% if thr performance of the company is good, but Delta choose not to give their India employees extra bonus when the company allocated almost thrice of last years profit sharing to this year's bucket.
