...nt rules is non cooperative for everyone. Job security is one year for trainees. Otherwise salary is compared other company tvs is slightly good.

I personally dislike the human resource department only .And one thing especially short term trainees don't expect respect from Hr (jain) .He is very arrogant employee ,I have never met this one in my career. Shift timing is worst night shift routine is 12 15 am to 8 15 am. Reduce one hour is very good health for all employees.

...at suitable for others departments because all those works are mechanical based. And salary on this date for freshers was 16,500 In RS.

There is no carrier growth , B.E and diploma given same salary and same work, not suitable for other departments because it's mechanical based company. They will hire you for 1 year to work freely and then they will kick u out and u need to find another job. And 8 hours working time all must need to stand , do the job so painful.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Therbis lotvof politics and the HR management doesn't addressed our issues. The canteen food are not quality

... some how good and company policies were no overtime and to work on shift basis. Stipend was good enough and had nice bonus amounts.

It was only 1 year program they would extend it like for 3 months. Partiality in food and canteen seats.

... Even you don't have printer/ Xerox you have to run various place / department. No bonus. Shift continuation there. Health will be affected. No loyalty, will kick out after extracting work. Don't join. Always to be in pressure. Realistic work won't be there. Top management get good salary in lakhs and Incentive 40 to 50 lakhs. So they don't bother you. Just talk sweetly to extract work only. Then they will extract all from your brain to daily write 1 suggestion to improve company and reduce cost. No use even a single paise to you. Compulsory over stay after 4.30 pm during suggestion meetings and all bus will be stopped, you can't go house. At our personal time they keep suggestion meetings. 1 computer 3 persons to use like musical chair. Irrespective of production all departments to come in shift ( If they don't like will put in shift midnight 1 am to morning 9 am), except Finance & HR.
