Working Environment will be good .friendly staffs and work is very easy .getting reasonable salary /stipend.

Dislikes

HR AND other co ordinators are very rude to talk ,especially security officer. Mobile phones are not allowed .they are seeing partiality to the trainees compare to employees. Foods are very worst .maintainance is very poor. You are treating like a low casted people if you are working as trainee there and one more think,you cant learn anything .they only expect production output .your learning is not matters

...skin disease, kidney stone problems, ulcer ,Mental Health issues , eye problems. Their medical staffs are too worst in behaviours They don't even give proper treatment whatever problems you have they just provide fever tablets and ORS juice , Work shift time being worst with rotational weekly shift changes it will spoil your mental health you cant sleep in night time, Human Resources (HR) needs to support workers but here they only favour for an institution only , And then you need to stand for 8 hours each day on work even in break time also , Salary is not enough to be this much doing work STT- 16500 DET- 13500 GET-23000 After deduction of travel fees ,food fee,ESI,PF. So this company not good for Engineering graduates this one ok for diploma students.

It's a good place to kick start career. As a fresher I learned about industry . Here we get an idea of how the corporate company had done production planes. There is no game play in this company policies.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. In training they only teach about safety. I think it's not enough. So please do some more about industry.

Good place to work and gain knowledge but they won't trained briefly.No salary problem, at same time no appraisal,no hike and bonus every year.
