Deloitte is the best firm if you're campus hire, for lateral freshers it's good in terms of learning and growth but salary is very less for lateral freshers. Rest of thing is top class. Work life balance depends on the project and tech stack you're in. Culture top notch. Employees centric firm that is.

...ege, all your efforts you've given in interview won't count, you'll only get 3.25 lpa starting salary, but if you're from 1st tier then your salary will be 7-8 lpa. There's a guy who's Consultant with 3 yrs of experience and earning 6.4lpa, then there comes a BTA with 2yrs of exp earning 8.5lpa, this is really embarrassing both working in same technology.

Majorly it all depends on Project we are working on so for me it has been an amazing journey at Deloitte USI because of the flexibility and the work culture with continuous learning.

Dislikes

Getting promoted can get bit difficult because of high competition. Compensation can be better.

...joy more perks and benefits as the real deloitte. this is not a actual deloitte. the benefits and pay range are very very less compared to other deloitte offices.

Most of them are a dislike. They need to improve in lot of areas like, recruiting process, project selection, increasing pay range and benefits and office space and more

There are some people taking high salary for that company sold out in Covid period Hi, Deloitte, if seeing this review, Remove this people 1. Adarsh Kumar-Manager, 2. Malik, 3. Vinod -PL these form Bangalore team. From Chennai though out all top level people.

Deloitte digital ( acquired this company- madras global formerly known as 2adpro ) Friendly and supportive colleagues. If you are humble enough, you can make awesome friends there Work is not that tough. Anyone can do it if good in English. Direct communication with onshore clients. Basically it is a non voice process and has both day and early morning shifts(anz shift) Had a Happy and funny work life at this company. If you are at your early career stage ( 0-3 years of experience) this is an awesome place to work less pressure. You can chitchat with your friends and no one will bother you : if you correctly finish your work within the schedule. Bonus tips: if you are searching for new job after working here, using Deloitte brand name in your job search will benefit you a lot😉 This is based purely on my experience and observation and as much as communicated with other team members, 95% of employees are happy and satisfied with their job. ( Ignore those 5%, no company can satisfy 100% humans )

Everything is good here. As everything has some cons: Salary is low. This is a good company, if you got selected, kindly have salary negotiation. Hike and growth opportunities are average This is a really good company for a freshers (To gain experience)
