Supportive seniors and team members. Everything is depends on the individual performance. Management team is good as they provide all sorts of assistance in improving performance.

Dislikes

Salary package for a fresher is very low here. The fixed pay is pretty low. The other thing is the dress code. Gents should follow formal and ladies can wear whatever they want. Rules are applicable only to gents. Its very bad.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. No cafeteria ,and no more entertaining concepts. Company policies are good ,but the covid WHF policies are worst ,if you work full night , but you don't put submissions, you don't have pay that day, that's is the worst thing I sawed.i don't no tha salary hike.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is low ,and your career growth is also slow.
