...y don’t work as team and most of the time tries to take credit of others work. Second thing is poor salary hike.. Even after putting my day and night for one full year, got only 5.6% as annual hike , which is less than the inflation rate.. Otherwise, Dell as a company is good but you are lucky if you are getting a good team , who can respect your skills and give you the credit.

Work life balance and their work culture is amazing. It depends under which organisation you would work and your manager. My team was extremely good and did not have to be micromanaged. They would look for end result instead how and what is being done behind th scenes no one would care. Having food stakeholders and internal team which makes your life easy and will have the zeal to work.

Dislikes

Promotions and salary is paid less, again it depends on ur manager. Sometimes there is favouritism being worked n may be ur work would not be recognised. It all again under which organisations .

The culture and work life balance at Dell is excellent. There are learning opportunities depending on the job role.

Due to constant layoffs the job security isn't there. Also, compensation should be improved.

I don't see a single point as of now. This used to be best work life balance org, but not anymore.

The Work-Life Balance is becoming very poor day by day with expectations to work late hours and weekends without compensation, is particularly challenging. Compensation and benefits are below industry standards. The immediate management tends to be retaliative and blame-shifting, which creates a challenging and equally toxic atmosphere., The work culture is dying here, is toxic, pressuring employees to overwork. Too many long, unproductive meetings further reduce overall productivity. There are limited opportunities for career growth and advancement. Too much micro management at work by immediate leaders. Too much work over commit to higher management of immediate leader leading to employee dissatisfaction.
