This is a good leading company, good environment and lots of fun at work and employees enjoyed in the workplace with lots of stress free.

Compensation is decent, but growth is little low and they dont take the people who have studied only hsc

The Hyderabad office is kind of nice, big cafeteria (limited options though) Theres free linkedin learning for everything, so if you make the time you can learn a ton of stuff for free! Lots of CSR activities to involve in to support animals, environment, LGBTQ+ community etc. Very Good safety (maybe a bit too much) for female employees.

Dislikes

The overall bonus is ok but the yearly increment is very bad. Even with working extremely hard and overachieving targets throughout the year, you end up in 5% or 7% bracket - which is what people who do the minimum also get so it really is a huge demotivator. Internal job application is constantly encouraged, but HR will reject your resume without even screening your profile - lot of internal decisions are made by HM so HR is least bothered. Last but not least, yes - despite the compliance and everything there is a ton of partiality - especially in the India Dell - between the people from North and South of India.

Company specially in technical support line becoming worst day by day management do not want to listen.

Dislikes

... of micromanagement they are doing creating horrible environment on daily basis. I know one thing one day if people get any other opportunity even if at same salary they will leave. Most of them are working because they know they can not get job anywhere else that is kind of learning company is providing. That is the kind of people this company wants to work with.

No job security at all. Stress of work and unoffical work hours can land upto 14 to 16 hours Heavy pressure and abusive managers. Always threatening to Fire or referring to HR to termination

Likes

Work was interesting as claims examiner at Ambattur ĺocation. Training was vast as it covered the whole US Healthcare and insurance industry like Blue Cross Blue Shield, Athena etc. Appraisal process was fair and systematic. Good manager, who shared performance feedback honestly.

Dislikes

...agues and seniors don't offer any support at work for freshers. No job security. No salary hikes. No promotion and routine work.
