...tional school. I learnt a lot and was recognised for my talent and capabilities. The organisation gave me time to time raise in my salary and job security with PRT. At the age of 28 I was earning 50000 with all the benefits with this school. We all know hardly any school pay such amount now-a-days. You are supposed to work and show yourself to the principal so that he can compliment your talent. Had I not relocated because of my marriage I would have never left the family.

We have internal politics working everywhere. So is here........if you are quiet....you will be suspected for back bitching.....if you speak a lot, you are crazy, if you don't overstay at school or overwork you are lazy......you will even find it difficult to mingle if you don't cry time to time in front of head mistress. One thing that poked me lot while working there was that you won't get opportunity to work with older kids 6-10 if you are not married or middle aged or old aged doesn't matter even if the ones already teaching there are not able to give good results. Even if you know more...you are updated with the latest syllabus...your so called seniors won't like you.

Everything is is bad. So poor organisation to work with. Toxic work culture is there Vice principal Doesn't know the basic handling way to handle the things. Everytime she is poking her things to everyone's work. No job sequrity is there. They can remove anybody without any prior notification to place their people. Stay back thing is horrible part. No personal life and work life balance. They will make you work like hell. Worst part is the viceprincipal madam and some of her teacher who are making the things worst for serving Most teachers are working here because they are not getting jobs anywhere or they are having some problems. Don't join here.

Nothing to like.

Absolute shit show of an institute. They would pay you peanuts and would be ready to deduct even that every chance they get. The administration is so anti-staff that even peons are better treated than the teachers. The teachers have absolutely zero say in any matter and they are penalised for every single thing. There is very little work life balance and you’d be under constant surveillance, especially if you decide to live on the campus. Also, the work NEVER ends.

Dislikes

salary is not realy as per the work load given. schools work never finishes. you r over burdened with extra activities, we are expected to be an teacher, dance teacher, accountant, Escott ever thing under the sun. and salary given is like peanut. no food no ac class no cool water. too much restriction on a teachers attire. why dont they give uniform to teachers as well instead. we spend half of salary on purchasing cloths which might b suitable for dps. no cafeteria.
