its just another pvt school that promises so much but at the end they r all same.

salary is not realy as per the work load given. schools work never finishes. you r over burdened with extra activities, we are expected to be an teacher, dance teacher, accountant, Escott ever thing under the sun. and salary given is like peanut. no food no ac class no cool water. too much restriction on a teachers attire. why dont they give uniform to teachers as well instead. we spend half of salary on purchasing cloths which might b suitable for dps. no cafeteria.

School administration is extremely poor.Biased attitude. They do not pay salaries on time. There is no family time you get. You need to work till late evenings. Teachers are over burdened.

No work life balance full of politics if you are Christian then Cambridge vice Principal will love you but if you belongs to other religion then you are useless just come and do your work no work life balance no ethics no values 😉 only women are ruling over the school Corporate School no education just loot for money

The school provides a good work culture and presents support system and enough time to complete a given task. In difficult times , Management is highly supportive.

Dislikes

...days are always meant to work hence difficult to take care of personal needs. Next is the appraisal and compensation part. It would be better if that is taken care of because ultimately we all work to earn better and sustain . If that becomes the reason of attrition then it is sad because DPS id really a good place to work and learn .

Work life balance is horrible

Compensation is poor but the work pressure is tremdous . Sometimes, I had to work 12-14 hours as the deadlines of the submission is very frequent and horrible. Most of the inexperienced persons who have zero knowledge about the academics have been given the authority to deal with the staff. Management is unaware how the crafty and cunning people have taken the credit of the talented ones.No voice is heard of the staff and one monarchist rules there.
