Let me tell you all theDPS does not follow the same policy , they have their own set of rules. It's pretty cool to work as an coordinator where l need to guide teachers in every step for a better results ,working environment is good to work at .A proper system is required to be followed, Teachers should be appreciated for their work. Last but not the least I am blessed to be a part of this team ,we as humans are never content, We alway expects a lot from the management .hoping to make it a better school in this area Damoh M.P Thanks Caroline O'Connor

its just another pvt school that promises so much but at the end they r all same.

salary is not realy as per the work load given. schools work never finishes. you r over burdened with extra activities, we are expected to be an teacher, dance teacher, accountant, Escott ever thing under the sun. and salary given is like peanut. no food no ac class no cool water. too much restriction on a teachers attire. why dont they give uniform to teachers as well instead. we spend half of salary on purchasing cloths which might b suitable for dps. no cafeteria.

The only good thing is the brand DPS, that’s it. Rather there nothing like DPS Culture in the school. DPS needs a strong headed principal.

Oh don’t get me started. Don’t fall into trap of they say we will revise your salary, ones you start your job, because they will do it. I have seen people join in with their last drawn salary. The top management is terrible. The directors brings in their extra martial partners to school as employees and they hold most of the power of making decision. The Principal is side tracked by these people. The culture in the school is terrible.

...cs a total lack of transparency and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign and the notice period is of 3 months. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The salary is decent and gave few benefits which kept us happy, there was job security pre-pandemic. But now the management has taken a different policy.

Dislikes

Compensation is good, but there is office politics and no growth.
