...cond, Worst Work Culture. You will end up doing clerical work and learn nothing. Don't be lured for salary amount, you will be mentally exploited. Most importantly, as a Teacher you will get least time in teaching and more in doing absurd work. For Example they full one student attendance 5 times in a day on different platforms. School is on decline. Very few students left. No future ahead of this school.

Likes can include work independence. Lot of workshops, lot of meetings, lot of trainings.

Dislikes

...here in the future or the ones who are unaware of the things that happen here. Timings are 7:25 to 2:30 for teachers, if you punch in at 7:26 you lose half day salary. No if's no buts, even you have entered the premises at 7:20 but couldn't punch in due to a queue, still. They say that two Saturdays are off, but that is hardly the case. You should be ready to work even on Sundays and report to school as early as 5 am in the morning. Forget about holidays like 15 Aug, 26 Jan, Good Friday, Eid, Choti Diwali, and all. There can be stay-backs anytime, though they are not many, to begin with. Washrooms will not be cleaned and ACs will be switched till students are there in the school. During Lockdown, we even had meetings at night till 2 am and we had classes the next day. The school will not provide you WFH until there are at least 25 Live covid cases in school, even then they might call the teachers to the school. With No AC of course. . All said and done, you cannot blame the staff, teachers, coordinators, and principal. Nobody has any say in any unnecessary salary deductions or working Sundays. It is all the call of management. Management by the way can extend your contract for 5 years too if you are a dance teacher. You will be paid way less than what you can earn at high ended places or the 'Real DPS'. Management will find a new way every month to deduct the salaries of teachers, and really innovative I must say.
