...hem, they make you work on every Sunday. Not an extra penny for extra hour work. Instead if you are 3 seconds late punched,even if there was a storm or riot on your way, they will cut your pay (literally happened to many employees here). Job training or skill training? Don't even think about it... Trainings is another way for them to take your entire week-day including your Sundays and Saturdays (all this without pay). You'll have to prove your every single work 7-8 times in 7-8 ways to 7-8 people, until you loose your mind. if you love teaching then it's not the place, it only 10% teaching. You can only grow if you are a boss pet.

I liked the fact that in dps society school, there is a good growth in carrer and here is salary is also according to your need and your hard work and an institute giving a good environment for children to study.there is also job security that you will not be removed from your job without any reason

1. Staff salary is fixed before 7th every month. 2. 5 days working culture in Society office.

... hour working in this company where in world there is 8-8.5 hour job per day. 6. HR will deduct Gratuity from your salary and payment only after 5 years. 7. Extra taxes are deducted from salary by accounts stating that they will not be held responsible if any employee quits his job. 8. Old staff are kept here to narrate stories and back bite new employees.

...ace, spoiling culture. No work security. Teachers are over burden with work. No salary incerement only 3 percent increase in DA. Salary don't come on time.
