Chairman is the most exploitative person in the organisation, will pay you less and shout on employee for no apparent reason, makes do useless work for which employees are not compensated. Director is not bad but doesn't value the timings ,but would very frequently make employee work 5-8 hours extra work without any prior notice leading to a lot of trouble

If your are hard working and teacher by passion then this place is for you. U will teach students who really need you.one thing I gurrenty here is Job satisfaction.

As there is nothing very disappointing working with this organization but a lil politics and smtime high performance pressure disturbs work life balance.

I am very grateful for work this company. Because it is very good company for personal skills growth and lots of things have learning.

They assign multiple tasks simultaneously to their staff, cultivating multitasking skills and enabling them to serve effectively in any organization.

The management lacks presence of mind, they want employees to act as their sycophants, with a focus on convincing them about staff views rather than students.

Very good place to work with, If you are hard working and dedicated towards your job you'll love working at this place. Management is very supportive.

None, I never had a reason to dislike the place. When in confusion or any problem go to maam for sure u'll find a solution.
